What it is
Home2Clinic gives doctors their own side of the same system their patients use. You publish the hours you are available, and those hours become the bookable slots patients see when they search for you by name or specialisation. Your consultation fee is shown to the patient before they book.
Your schedule lists your upcoming and past appointments, and My Patients gives a detail view for each person. After a visit you mark the appointment complete and write it up: the diagnosis, the medicines with dosage and duration, and any follow-up. The patient reads that write-up in their own account.
Who it is for
Doctors in private practice or attached to a clinic who want patients to find them by specialisation and book without a phone call, and who want the advice from each consultation recorded once, in writing, where the patient can read it back.
How it works
- Register with your email address and choose the doctor path to enter your professional details.
- Confirm your address with the code we send you and sign in.
- Set your consultation fee and publish your availability; each published period generates the slots patients can book.
- See bookings arrive on your dashboard and open the patient list for each person’s detail.
- After the visit, mark the appointment complete and enter the diagnosis, medicines and follow-up for the patient.
Why Home2Clinic
Your patients keep their records in the same place they book you, so the write-up you leave sits beside the reports and prescriptions they already hold. Slots are generated from your own availability, so you are never booked at a time you did not open, and the fee shown is the one you set.
Patient records are encrypted in transit and at rest, and every access to a record is logged.
Availability
Home2Clinic is an online service used in a browser on a phone or a computer, available to doctors anywhere in India. Consultations happen at your own practice; Home2Clinic does not run a clinic and does not arrange home visits.
Pricing
You set your own consultation fee and it is shown to patients before they book; the app does not collect it. For the terms of listing your practice, contact us.
Frequently asked questions
- How do patients find me?
- Patients search by name or filter the doctor list by specialisation. Your card shows your consultation fee, and choosing Book shows the slots your published availability has generated.
- How are appointment slots created?
- You publish the periods you are available, and the app generates bookable slots from them. Patients can only book times you have opened.
- Is the consultation fee collected through the app?
- No. The fee you set is shown to the patient before they book, and the appointment is created pending that fee. The app does not collect it.
- What can I record after a visit?
- The diagnosis, each medicine with its dosage and duration, and any follow-up. You mark the appointment complete and the patient reads the write-up in their own account.
- Does it cost anything to list my practice?
- For the terms of listing your practice on Home2Clinic, please email us at the address on the Contact page and we will get back to you.
- Can patients share their existing records with me?
- Not in the current version. Patients cannot share records with a doctor yet; what you see is the appointment detail and the write-ups entered through Home2Clinic.
