- How do I upload my medical records?
- Go to the Medical Locker from your dashboard, tap “Upload”, and select a photo or PDF. Your records are encrypted the moment they’re uploaded.
- How do I book an appointment?
- Open the Doctors section, choose a doctor, pick an available slot, and confirm. You’ll get a reminder before the appointment.
- Can I add my family members?
- Yes. From your profile, open Family Members and add each person. You can manage records and appointments for everyone in one place.
- Is my data really private?
- Absolutely. Your records are encrypted and only visible to you and the people you explicitly share them with. See our Data Security page for details.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Privacy & Security settings and choose “Delete account”. This permanently removes your data and cannot be undone.
